If you purchase Motorbunny directly from us, and are not completely satisfied, contact our support staff, package up your Motorbunny and ship it back to us. We will refund your money, minus a $199 storage and inspection fee.
To start a return please open a support ticket and include name, address, and order number on the order. A service representative will be with you very quickly.
Accessories do not qualify for our 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. All accessories and attachment sales are final. If you believe you have received a wrong or defective accessory, please contact a customer service representative.
