How do I attach the battery to Jack?

How long does the battery last on a full charge?
One full charge gets you 13 hours of ride time, plenty for one unforgettable session or a few shorter ones.
How long does it take to fully charge?
Plug it in and it's fully charged in 60 minutes, so it's ready before you are.
Can I use Jack while the battery is charging?
No, the battery must be removed from the Jack and placed on the charger to charge. Pull the battery, let it charge, then snap it back on. Charging only takes 60 minutes, so you're not waiting around long.
How do I know when the battery is running low?
Jack's battery has a built-in indicator light that shifts from green to red as it drains, so you'll get a heads-up before it dies mid-session. No surprises, no guessing.
Is the battery splash-safe?
The battery pack itself is splash-resistant, so a little cleanup after the fact is no problem. Just don't submerge it or run it under the tap. Save the full wash for the parts of Jack made for that.
Does the battery affect how powerful it is and how fast it would go?
Not one bit. The battery is built to match Jack's full corded power, so you get the same speed and intensity, just without being tethered to a wall.
What's the warranty on the battery?
The battery itself has a warranty of 120 days!
Will this work with my Motorbunny Original or BUCK?
We don't recommend using the Jack battery pack with any machine other than the Jack.
